About

After more than 35 years working as a scientist and sustainability consultant, I am at long last enjoying my creative side, living and working between Lancashire and South London. 

I’ve always loved drawing and painting, but only now have I had the chance to explore the skills and techniques and see where art takes me.

My origins are in Lancashire, and my studio name and website are named after my northern roots.  A place which still provides a sanctuary for me when the pace of life in London gets too much.
